ERA Insite Realty Services has announced the addition of longtime Westchester real estate professionals Brad Schneider and Sherry Schneider to its White Plains office as associate brokers.

The husband and wife team bring decades of experience in residential real estate, brokerage leadership, and agent development throughout the Hudson Valley market. The announcement was made by Lou Budetti, co founder and broker owner of the firm.

Sherry Schneider has been a familiar name in the Westchester real estate community for many years. She previously co owned Cunningham & Schneider Realty in White Plains before she and Brad launched Century 21 Schneider in 2004. The brokerage operated successfully for nearly two decades before closing in 2022.

Prior to brokerage ownership, Sherry began her career working with Ginsberg Development at the Boulder Ridge development before transitioning into the company’s cooperative housing division.

Brad Schneider’s background combines real estate and public service. In addition to building a long career in real estate investment and brokerage, he served for 43 years with the White Plains Police Department. He began purchasing investment properties at the age of 22 and continues to remain active in real estate investing today.

Raised in Westchester County and married since 1991, the Schneiders currently reside in Thornwood and remain deeply connected to the local community and housing market.

In announcing the move, Sherry Schneider cited ERA Insite’s collaborative and agent focused culture as a major reason for joining the company.

“I have always had the deepest respect for Lou and the way he operates his business,” she said. “It reminds me of the family atmosphere I created in my own offices.”

Budetti praised the pair for both their industry reputation and their longstanding commitment to mentoring agents and supporting professional growth.

“Brad and Sherry are two of the most respected names in Westchester County real estate,” Budetti said. “They bring the same enthusiasm for the business that we all love and to which we have dedicated so many years.”

ERA Insite Realty Services has served Westchester and Fairfield County for more than four decades and operates multiple offices throughout the region, including locations in White Plains, Bronxville, Pleasantville, Yonkers, and Connecticut.
