HGAR empowers members to grow, lead, and succeed in their businesses and communities

The Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® (HGAR) represents 13,000 professional REALTORS® who protect private property rights. For 107 years, we've dedicated ourselves to building a better future for the Hudson Valley and beyond. Our members abide by the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics. We are committed to fair housing and extensively educate our members so they can ethically serve the interests of everyone who needs a home.

The Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® empowers our members to grow their businesses and succeed in their communities. We accomplish this goal through our four major divisions: OneKey® MLS, the HGAR School of Real Estate, our Commercial & Investment Division, and the Hudson Gateway REALTOR® Foundation.

OneKey® MLS

HGAR co-owns and operates OneKey® MLS in partnership with the Long Island Board of REALTORS® (LIBOR) to enable our members to access  to listings throughout the New York Metropolitan Area, from the Lower Hudson Valley to New York City to Long Island. If it's for sale or rent, it's likely to be on OneKeyMLS.com, our property search portal.

OneKey® MLS offers the freshest market data available and is the largest MLS in New York State.

Our non-credit courses are fast-paced and packed with valuable information about how to make the most of MLS data, services and tools that both HGAR and the MLS offer to members.

Registration is open to all, regardless of membership. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner, new agent or somewhere in between, there’s a class for everyone. Knowledge is power and we look forward to helping you succeed.
