HGAR Local Political Coordinator (LPC) Program

About the Program

The HGAR Local Political Coordinator (LPC) Program is a grassroots advocacy initiative composed of HGAR members who volunteer to monitor local issues that may impact real estate, private property rights, fair housing, and small business interests in the communities where they live or work. This program is overseen by the HGAR Legislative & Political Affairs Committee in coordination with the Government Affairs team.

The goal is to create a strong, informed, and engaged member-led presence across the cities, towns, and villages served by HGAR. LPCs may be assigned to cover more than one municipality, and in some cases, larger or more politically active municipalities may be supported by multiple LPCs.
