MLS Fee Schedule and Billing Policy

• Fees & Billing Policy
• Participant start-up fee (one-time charge): $650
• Branch office fee (one-time charge per branch): $450
• Reinstatement fee ($100 if reinstates within 30 days of termination. $200 thereafter): $100/$200
• Monthly participation fee per office (including public records): *$190
  *plus applicable listing fines for improper entry.
• Broker switch/transfer (per switch): $150
  
• Suspension Policy & Fees:
  
• Suspension process begins after failure to pay by the last day of the month. If payment is not received by the 15th of the following month (45 days), the office will be suspended and a $50.00 suspension penalty fee will be charged.
  
• Termination Policy:
  
• If payment is not received 30 days after the suspension date, the office will be terminated.
• MLS Fees are Non-Refundable

• OneKey® MLS subscriber fees are paid annually at $200.00
• There is an additional $200 startup fee for all NEW subscribers.
• OneKey® MLS subscriber fees are prorated monthly when joining:
• January: $200.00
• February: $183.33
• March: $166.67
• April: $150.00
• May: $133.33
• June: $116.67
  
• July: $100.00
• August: $83.33
  
• September: $66.67
  
• October: $50.00
  
• November: $33.33
• December: $16.67
• MLS Fees are Non-Refundable

Previous Subscribers:

• Fees are NOT prorated if you were invoiced for the current year; the entire current year’s fees are due at time of rejoining.
• After a year, prorated fees are due at time of rejoining.
• Rejoining any time after a 2-year lapse (based on time of termination) you are considered a new member; prorated fees, PLUS a $200 start-up fee are due at time of rejoining.
