HGAR Annual Dues Schedule 2026

• REALTOR® Membership dues are paid annually at $606.00.
• These dues include HGAR, NYSAR & NAR dues. (See breakdown on fee schedule page of HGAR Realtor application).
• HGAR REALTOR® dues are prorated monthly:
• January: $606.00
• February: $559.00
• March: $513.00
• April: $466.00
• May: $419.00
• June: $372.00
• July: $329.00
• August: $279.00
• September: $232.00
• October: $185.00
• November: $139.00
• December: $92.00
• There is an additional $100 processing fee
• Dues are non-refundable

Previous REALTOR® Member:

• Dues are NOT prorated if you held Realtor Membership the previous year; the entire year’s dues are due at time of rejoining, PLUS a $100 late fee.
• Rejoining any time after a 1-year lapse in membership; prorated dues, PLUS $100 processing fee are due at time of rejoining.

• Affiliate Membership
• Annual Dues: $310.00
• Applying after July 1st: $155.00
• Additional Representative
• Annual Dues: $110.00
• Applying after July 1st: $55.00
• Previous Affiliate Member
• Affiliate dues are NOT prorated if you held Affiliate Membership the previous year; the entire year’s dues are due at the time of rejoining.
• Dues are Non-Refundable
