Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Announces Successful Sale of 770 Central Park Avenue in Scarsdale, NY

RYE BROOK, NY (June 2026) – Houlihan Lawrence Commercial is pleased to announce the successful sale of 770 Central Park Avenue in Scarsdale, New York. 


Kim Galton of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial represented the seller, while Evan Gasman of CARR Inc. represented the buyer in the transaction. The sale price was $2.2 million.


The building has a gross leasing area (GLA) of 3,915 square feet. The ongoing tenants will be a dental office and Adam & Eve.


The sale underscores the continued strength of the Westchester commercial real estate market and sustained investor demand for well-positioned assets in prime locations. As investment activity remains robust throughout the region, quality commercial properties continue to attract significant interest from both local and institutional buyers.
