Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® to Host Installation Gala for 2025 President and Board of Directors on January 30 at Villa Barone Hilltop Manor

White Plains, NY (January 2025) The Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® (HGAR) will install its new 2025 President, Vlora Sejdi, along with the 2025 Board of Directors, at a January 30 Installation Gala at the beautiful Villa Barone Hilltop Manor in Mahopac, NY. This year’s theme, “Driving Change Together,” embodies HGAR’s mission to unite its members in shaping the future of real estate while fostering collaboration and growth within the communities it serves.
The evening begins with a cocktail hour at 6 PM, followed by a delightful dinner and an elegant program to install the 2025 HGAR leadership. Jacqlene Rose, the incoming 2025 President of the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR), will perform the ceremonial installation of Vlora Sejdi as HGAR President. Guests will enjoy an evening of celebration, capped off with coffee, dessert, and dancing.

Incoming HGAR President Sejdi is an Associate Broker with HomeSmart Homes & Estates in White Plains, NY. She served as President-Elect in 2024, Secretary in 2023, and Regional Director for Westchester County in 2022. Additionally, she served as President of the local Empire Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR) for the past two years, as well as Treasurer for the New York State Chapter of WCR.

The Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® is a not-for-profit trade association consisting of over 13,000 real estate professionals doing business in Manhattan, the Bronx, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, and Orange counties. It is the second largest REALTOR® Association in New York, and one of the largest in the country.
The portfolio includes two significant New York properties: iPark 84, a 270-acre business park in East Fishkill, and Trilogy Lofts, a transit-oriented multifamily development in Yonkers.
The property's location provides convenient access to the Hutchinson River Parkway, I-95 and U.S. Route 1, as well as Bee-Line bus service.
According to Newburgh Planning Director Ali Church, the study is examining the city's existing metered parking as well as parking needs associated with residential development.
The transactions span Larchmont, Ossining, Mount Kisco, White Plains and Irvington and include tenants in the nonprofit, personal services, technology, wellness and recreation sectors.
Projects supported by the grants will include lighting and beautification improvements, wayfinding, public art, marketing initiatives and merchant organizing.
According to the OCIDA, the project is projected to generate more than $56 million in local economic impact and create 218 temporary construction jobs.
