McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt Relocates Headquarters to 1133 Westchester Ave.

Longtime Westchester law firm takes 8,300 square feet at White Plains office property after 25 years at its previous location.

McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP (MGS), a longtime Westchester County law firm, will relocate its headquarters to 1133 Westchester Ave. in White Plains, effective Sept. 1.

The firm will occupy 8,300 square feet of newly designed office space at the 620,000-square-foot office property, moving from its longtime location at 1311 Mamaroneck Ave. in White Plains, where it had operated for 25 years.

The new location offers access to I-287 and the Hutchinson River Parkway and includes amenities such as an on-site fitness center, full-service cafeteria, executive dining room and coffee bar, as well as guest parking and 24-hour security.

“Our relocation is more than just a change of address; it represents our continued commitment to growth and providing top-tier service to our clients,” said Seth M. Its practice areas include land use and zoning, municipal law, commercial and residential real estate, construction law, banking law, trusts and estates and litigation.
