NEW YORK— The Long Island Board of Realtors, Inc. and the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, Inc. announced on March 24 that the first regional MLS for the New York Metro area—OneKey MLS—is now live for Realtor use.

OneKey MLS offers real estate professionals more coverage, precise and accurate data. A consumer-facing website is set to launch in the coming weeks, officials with HGAR and LIBOR state.

OneKey MLS is 44,000-plus subscribers strong and serves Manhattan, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Orange, Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. It was formed in 2018, following the merger of the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service and the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island.

The creation of OneKey MLS represents a collaborative effort between the two Realtor Associations and their respective Multiple Listing Services to better support their members. To coincide with the launch, OneKey MLS is offering subscribers a Help Center on the site with vital information to ensure their success.

“We have a deep commitment to providing Realtors with a range of robust tools that will help them generate more income. This new regional MLS provides participants and subscribers the best services available,” said Jim Speer, CEO of OneKey MLS. “By providing

members easy access to real estate products and technology, we’re giving them the edge over the competition in their marketplace.”

The new MLS takes advantage of the powerful geography of the New York metropolitan area, giving Realtors unparalleled access to the most accurate listings in the market, he adds.

“We are committed to making this transition as easy as possible for our current and prospective members who are now utilizing the platform,” said Richard Haggerty, president of OneKey MLS and CEO of HGAR. “We have worked tirelessly to create an MLS that we hope will become the most trusted residential real estate data source and are thrilled Realtors are now able to experience it.”

Recognizing that real estate is about more than a transaction, for both consumers and brokers/agents, OneKey MLS goes beyond reliable, up-to-date property listings. The platform gives real estate professionals and their clients unprecedented access to properties from Montauk to Manhattan, to the Lower Hudson Valley and the Catskill Mountains. Data from numerous sources backs up the accuracy of the listings, protected by powerful business rules and brokers to enforce accuracy.

Subscribers will be able to create a profile for clients and invite them to share and view properties recommended. For more information or to become a member, visit OneKeyMLSNY.com.
