Seasoned Real Estate Pro Victoria Rivadeneira Joins Weichert, Realtors as Regional President

MORRIS PLAINS, NJ, May 28, 2026 — Weichert, Realtors is pleased to announce that Victoria Rivadeneira has been named regional president of South Jersey. In this role, Rivadeneira will be responsible for the management and growth of 21 Weichert offices located throughout Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean counties 

 

Rivadeneira has 36 years of industry experience. She joins Weichert from Coldwell Banker, where she was regional vice president of Southwest Florida and the Triangle Region of North Carolina. Previously, Rivadeneira was regional president of RE/MAX Select Group, New Jersey and Florida.

Rivadeneira began her real estate career in the New York metro area and is excited to return to her roots armed with decades of knowledge and expertise.

Rivadeneira’s current passion is promoting safety measures and best practices for real estate agents. She was part of the initial phase for the Beverly Carter Foundation, serving as the executive officer for a full term, and has worked throughout North America to change how agent safety is taught in the industry. The Beverly Carter Foundation is dedicated to the safety of real estate professionals and those they serve by providing resources for research, information, consulting, training and support at every level of the real estate industry.

 

Rivadeneira is also committed to empowering young girls and women. She gives back to the community on a regular basis, organizing fundraisers and providing support for local, regional and national charities such as Toys for Tots, Habitat for Humanity and St. Jude’s Children Hospital. She also hosted a national radio show from iHeart Studios in New York and was a regular guest on ABC’s Tampa Morning Blend
