McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP Announces Final Approval of Plans for Development of Luxury Condominium in White Plains, NY
WHITE PLAINS, NY (July 2026) – The law firm of McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP (MGS) recently announced final approval by the White Plains Planning Board of 510 North Broadway, a new three-story, luxury condominium building featuring 12 residences above parking.
MGS represented project developer Comstock Residential through the approval process. Partner Steven Wrabel assisted in obtaining variance and site plan approvals for the development from the White Plains Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board.
The building will feature rooftop amenity space, rooftop solar panels, and landscaping. Apartments will come in three-bedroom, two-bathroom layouts and will average between 1,600 to 1,700 square feet. Residents will have access to indoor and outdoor parking on site.
Comstock is demolishing the existing vacant office space. The 0.47-acre site is located at the corner of North Broadway and Brookdale Avenue, in close proximity to the North White Plains Metro-North station.
