NANUET, NY, May 5, 2026 — Karen McCabe, branch vice president of Weichert, Realtors, was named the region’s 2025 Manager of the Year. This is the third time McCabe has received the honor since joining Weichert as a sales leader in 2012.

“This award recognizes Karen’s commitment to growing her salesforce, exceeding revenue goals and increasing productivity for her Weichert office,” said David Murawinski, regional president of Weichert, Realtors. “Her achievements over the past year are a testament to her passion for real estate and ability to inspire her team to sales excellence.”

McCabe deftly handled a recent merger between two Weichert sales offices, welcoming agents from the Larchmont office to the Rockland County Regional office. “Her leadership and support ensured the transition was seamless and successful,” Murawinski noted.

The Regional Manager of the Year award recognizes one manager in the Weichert sales region who demonstrated exceptional management skills and led his or her office to outstanding performance during the year. The region includes Weichert offices throughout Bergen, Essex and Hudson counties in New Jersey; New York City; and Rockland, Orange, Dutchess and Westchester counties in New York.
